I apologize for the bad pics, I'll get some better ones on Monday or check out my site. I am new to making knives for myself but have been involved in machine shop evironments for years and it is become a total passion for me. Thanks for looking.
These blades were tumbled to a high polish after grinding and came to a mirror finish.
We use maroon micarta and also have a limited number of brown canvas available. They fit really nice in a standard kitchen knife block. They really come out nice, just my opinion. :)
All grinds are as close to perfect as you will see from a berger grinder.

Sorry about that, blade is 4.5" and overall is 8.5" Blade is .109" thick and .825" tall at the plunge. Heat treat to 60Rc.

I designed it specifically so your palm would fit nicely when you cut a piece of meat using your thumb and forefinger.
