M4 Military Tire Cut video!!! :D

The video was just uploaded so it's not rendered in HD yet, please give YouTube a few more hours and the HD should be an option soon :)

And the legend of the M4 Millie begins.....

You dont need a cameraman, a tri-pod would do it. ;)

Thanks for the video - I love the whole tire series -- I lot more entertaining than paper cutting videos....

So-lo, nice but, as they say, that doesn't cut it. ;) Next time, a word of advice:

IT'S CPM-M4 - GO FOR THE TREAD!!!!! :D  :D ;) :D

All I really have to say is: thanks, better you than me! ;)

So-lo! Hay lapa no ya, So-lo!

Great vid! Thanks for the test, So-lo.

So-Lo,

Is the knife still pretty much unscathed apart from the edge? 100% still the same lock up, action and all? I know you mentioned it and showed in the clip but I'm still curious about an after test inspection.

If your back around under a different user name.... I'd just like to say thank you for the kind words. :)

She is not really holding a knife, Our very own BAcolt photochopped it for me :D

Edge was still just as sharp as when I started, or pretty close to it! M4 is crazy, I am going to do a take down video soon so we can give her a good inspection when she's apart.

I believe these tires cuts are hard on the lock and stop pin, but not to the point of abuse. My friend says horse mat is another great testing medium, I should look into that also.

Thanks for watching. :)

Nice video, I would have been more impressed if you cut through the bead though. :D I accidentally tried that with my Sage1 as I was cutting across the tread of a tire (went through the tread like butter btw). I still have the ding in my edge as a reminder.

awesome cutting test as always..

i can't wait to see how that thing cuts after u take off the factory edge and put one of your edges on.

i'm still wondering about this new lock also.. keep us posted.

poor millie

What? "Poor millie"? It is a Military with M4 blade steel! How about "poor tire"?

During the Ford/Firestone tire recall my Endura made short work out of tires we removed. We were suppose to drill a 1" hole in the sidewall of scrapped tires, but the bit would clog. So we started cutting out a square chunk of sidewall with our pocket knives. A lot quicker.
