Heck I think all it would take it make it pristine again is a lil time on a buffing wheel. Anyone have any thoughts on that?

You're right of course. The M43 is so unique I will ultimately want to test it myself anyway. There is no consensus on this blade as a chopper. That indicates that, more so than usual, it's a matter of individual user/blade interaction.
