I made a list for mil part number of M9 bayonet, might be incomplete or contain errors

Hello all

I'm a new member of bladeforums. Glad to know that there is such a professional place.

Im looking for complete original drawing with dimensions of the M9 bayonet, to make an accurate 3dmodel based on it. I had a lot of searching on internet, I have TM manual and drawing number, but have not found any drawing at all. Just wondering if anyone have copy of original drawings? I'm also looking for M6 bayonet drawing( Found some but not complete) Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
Shouldn't be too hard to get a hold of patent filings.

If you know the specs (have the original), you could do measuring and sketches of what measurements need to be added and send it with the patent drawings for someone who does techincal drawings or publishing and draw it clear for you. Should not be too expensive, depending of how complicated you want them to be. They can also make them so that you can print them in scale.

If it's not too work intense I could do it for you as well (I don't do inches though sorry).

reverse engineering is my last resort, it can only provide limited dimensional information and cannot reveal the specific details of the material and heat treatment. If I obtain the dimensions, I will print some parts and CNC machine some parts machined. And really appreciate for your advice
Completely understand about critical "+/-" dimensional tolerances needed for interchangeability of components.
