M9 Combat Grade?

LE's are meant to be used.

Of course I havn't been able to bring myself to use my NMSFNOLE yet.

If I had to guess . . . and believe me, that's all it is . . . I'd say it's between the M9CG and the Scrap Yard Scraptrail. What's a Scraptrail, you ask? It's the predecessor to the HG-55 and it looks like this:

Jerry's tooled up to make both knives, so I figure either one is a possibility.

Awesome knife! Where did you find this Scrapyard model? I just looked over on their forum and couldn't find anything.

I really hope the swamp comes out with a CG M9 as well.

I'd be up for a Combat Grade version. Jungle CAMO Blade coating!! If Busse Combat can bring it back, SO CAN THE SWAMP!!

Maybe with Tan Micarta handles too!! :thumbup:

The Scraptrail is only a prototype right now. But in case you're wondering, it actually exists and was exhibited at Blade Atlanta last year.

I'd go for a scraptail! I think it would fit nicely in with my other lineup. I hope the swamp has some more comin up though.

Other than a possible M9CG release, recent history suggests that Scrap Yard will have several more releases before Swamp Rat comes up with anything new. When it comes to Busse family knives, blood appears to be thicker than water.
