About 12 weeks ago I purchased an auto folder from PVK. The knife arrived defective. Instead of sending it back for a refund, I sent it to the folks who transformed it into a double action auto. My thoughts were that I loved that particular knife so much it made sense to return it to the artisans who created such a beauty. Now it's going on 3 months waiting for the repaired knife to be returned to me.

After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, they kept assuring me that it would only take a few more days. Am I being impatient and unreasonable, or do I have grounds to bitch and moan about the turnaround time. This is a $400 knife, not junk.
Help me out with your advice please

Well, I'll be the first to state the obvious:

Call PVK and come clean about your experience. They have more clout than you. Circumventing them may have worked in their favor, but it sure didn't work in yours.

Plead mercy.
Great advice...a call to PVK, followed by a call to the modifier set everything straight. Remain positive and civil...and good things usually happen. The knife will be shipped out Monday.
