I have made the first proto of this new neck/pocket fixed blade a while ago but only now managed to make a few more.
It´s an evolution of my Machadinho model, with a more ergonomic handle , longer cutting edge and a pointy tip at the top of the blade. It is made of 3/16" thick 5160 steel, about 3" long with a 1 7/8" chisel ground cutting edge. Finish is black powder coat.
Comes with a kydex sheath for pocket,neck, keychain, etc...

The top one with the holes is gone but I have more of the standard models, so if you want one just tell me where to send it to... and then send me some money!
 
I first read the title as Machadinho "2 Pocket" Fixed Blade and thought, "Dang! That's got to be a huge knife if it needs two pockets to carry."
 
You didn´t get the right meaning, buddy. It means it can be used on the back or on the front pocket = "2 pocket". :D

I still have two of these that have been set aside for someone who never showed up to finish the deal so they are back for sale.
