This is my SBM pattern. It has a 12 3/4" blade and is 18 1/2" overall. The hemp wrapped handle is backed with horse stall mat and is epoxy coated. I do my own heat treating, working one blade at a time, this allows me produce blades with hard, sharp edges and very good toughness. All machetes come with a fitted Kydex scabbard and shoulder strap.
