OK I think I watch Book Of Eli too much 
Here is another one of a kind SHTF type machete/sword Actually it is quite a useful tool and not overly heavy with a full flat grind and the tang drilled out a little for weight reduction. This one weighs about 2.2 pounds. I used some thick orange G10 liners under black G10 for the scales. The blade is 1/4in thick 5160 with a nice hamon. Overall it is 20 1/2in with a 14 1/4in blade(tip to handle). Sheath will be Kydex with a Tek Lok. Price on this one is $500 shipped in the US.
