MacWasil small flipper - $325
Probably the prettiest knife I own and pictures don't really do it justice; I just never carry the thing. There is a very small nick in one of the scales that I tried to capture with photo. Bought directly from maker for $550 way back when; centering is perfect as far as I can tell (also seen in the imgur album)

Les Voorhies Model 15 - $OLD
Seriously, this has what might be the best action of any knife I've owned. Perfect centering, effortless action.
