Made in Pakastan or Better?

pick this up for 25.00 thinking it could be Pakistan made but it looks tight.

I did buy it, I took a 30 power loop and was able to see the Damascus pattern on the spine and bevel.

I'm not sure if its Nordic or not, the 25$ price and no markings made me think of Pakistan
