This was one of their limited releases to intro their new santoku. I’m a big fan of their pans so I thought I’d get this knife as well (mostly for the handle) but I don’t care for the blade shape. Guess I’m not a santoku guy. They are a little hush-hush about who actually makes it, if I had to guess I’d say Sabatier...but that’s a guess. It’s new in box, hasn’t been used or sharpened.
