Made In USA...But by Which Contractor?

Never new an $8 knife from a junk store could generate so much info. Most of it news to me. Thanks to all for enlightening me.
 
4L Camillus farmers jack with black composition of whatever?? I cannot tell any shrinkage.

Beautiful knife, Wlfryjr . Funny how the shrinkage varies. I think the worst I've seen on Camillus is on the ones with the covers stuck onto triangles punched out of the handles.
 
Alright, we have pretty well established that this one was made for Sears by Camillus. How about some MADE IN USA tang stamps that can be attributed to Schrade and Ulster?
