Made in USA

Not to start a war, but I can not for the life of me see the problem with knives made in other countries. I have a couple of Chinese made Kershaws that are some of the best made knives I own. The steel and the overall construction of those knives are top notch. You would be hard to find anything wrong with them. They are not Sebenza's, but they did not cost me hundreds of dollars. Yet, they cut and sharpen up as good as any Sebenza would. I also own my ninth Toyota, which has over 300,000 miles on it and have never had the engine or the transmission gone into. I also own several pieces of foreign electronic devices that operate flawlessly. Bottom line is that I am as pro American as the next guy, but will buy with my dollars what I think is a quality product that meets my needs and wants. Everything I bought or buy has helped provide some American down the line with a job and an income. Your thoughts and idea's may be different, and that is your freedom in this great country. It also does not make mine wrong either.

Blessings,

Omar

This is just my personal reasons, I can't speak for anyone else. I prefer American made knives because there are very few things I buy that are American. Nothing electronic. Not clothes. Maybe some hygiene stuff like soap or deodorant but by and large buying American is just not an option either because cost is too great or a lack of choice.

So when I want or need a new knife I generally go American made not because I don't trust other countries products but because it's one of the few times I actually can make that choice and enough of my dollars go to foreign products already.

Being foreign won't stop me from buying a knife or another product. But If I can buy an equivalent product or ideal product that is American made I will make that choice.

that's the way i see it also. very few things today that are made in the US, and if they are it costs a fortune. knives are one of the last things you can buy that are made in the US and not go bankrupt. It's nice to carry something in your pocket made here because everything else isn't.
