Just finished this little sucker.
10 inch blade, 15½ inches overall.
UHB20 steel with hamon (doesn't show in poor pics, sorry), desert ironwood and walros tooth. Bronze fittings.
The influence by mr. Nick Wheeler shows I guess hope you don't mind.

I think 99% of Bladeforums is influenced by Nick at this point.

Just looked at Erins knife - scary
I made the blade over a year ago, but couldn't make up my mind about the handle. So it hang on a magnet til now.
I hope to make some better pics once the sun returns. if I succeed, I'll post a pic of the other side too.
Here's quick one. Though it doesn't show, the false edge is hardened too.
