You can use an 1/8 in masonry bit to drill the holes instead of a titanium bit. I make my own clips from worn out sawzall blades and the masonry bit punches right through. I've used the same bit to drill through buck 110 blades to add a thumb stud. The Skyline is a great knife too. I like your clip. That's a great idea!

This clip is titanium tthough. I tried a masonry bit originally but it just made a little dent before it burned out

Yeah i used a map gas torch
