Here is a large chef knife very lightweight and great for general kitchen use. The materials are perfect for kitchen use, 440c is a great stainless and will not rust or spot in the kitchen. The Madrona burl is stabilized by WSSI, their process replaces the moisture and voids in the wood with a polymer that makes the wood water proof and very durable. The handles fit your hand comfortably and the nose of the handle is tapered to allow for a pinch grip for doing light chopping such as garlic. See the details below.
