I joined up on CPF last year, early winter. I put out a request for a X5MT, and got a guy in BC wanting to sell me one he had. WE worked out the deal and price, and I was waiting for a good check to buy it. New job now and I'm getting it. 70CAN gets me expresspost, so 3rd day delivery from BC.
I've found them online for relativly cheap, bayou lafourche is the best price so far(knifeworks.com). I've given up buying in Canada for anything I can by from the states. I save on import and brokerage fees, and usually taxes as well.
