same blade shape as the 3v one they did a bit ago, but micarta handle instead of phenolic.

I grabbed one...kinda pricey, but I've been grabbing odd ball 119s for awhile now.

It's really not bad for the magnacut steel and a knife that size. If you look at other manufacturers, it's quite on par.

Might be out of my current budget, but that doesn't mean that it's a bad price.

youre not wrong, but Buck always was American made quality but more affordable than other American makers.

think that's more the point. for Buck its kinda pricey.......didn't stop me from grabbing one though. did stop me from grabbing 2 of them.

Oh yeah, I'm in! I missed the January BOTM with the straight clip 119, I like this one even better.

Jumped on one as well... I like the blade shape and grabbed a S35vn 117 for my son earlier this year that has been a good knife - would love to see a magnacut 117 with the clip point!

I'm a complete sucker when it comes to 119's. Initially, I vacillated back and forth until my 119 addiction finally got the best of me... what the heck, an early Christmas present to myself. For the sake of my credit card, I hope the next BOTM will be something I won't be interested in.

I always sorta regret missing out on the Jan BOTM 119 in 3v.
But I never really use a 119.

A 117 would be great.

It looks like a great knife, and I wish I could justify it.
I'm sure I'll regret it come January, but until then.

So much for self-control...I have one on the way. Hoping that the, soon, upcoming BOTM is something I can do without. I'm doubting that it will be. Didn't Buck Knives Inc. say it was going to be new and different? Chances are that I'll be buying that also.
