Just added one of my paring models to my website. This one is In magnacut stainless hardened to 63rc, 3.5” blade 3/32” at the spine and .005-.007 behind the edge. The handle is lager g10 and has a really unique color depending on how light hits it. Great detail knife for handheld work in the kitchen and really rounds out a set with a full size chef knife and utility knife.
