Only way to get sharpening done by Dan (Nocturne Knives) is by winning a lotto. Kinda silly of me to have sent it since I prefer my drop points, but I thought maybe I'd change my mind. Unfortunately, I still prefer my drop points. So, my loss is your gain. Sharpening is a full mirror with an additional mirrored microbevel on the tanto which Dan said will make sharpening easier along with providing additional edge stability.
No cut, no carry since getting it back. It was carried some before sending for sharpening, so there's a couple snails. Like all my CRK's, it's running on 85-weight nano oil and has great action. I also apply a little CRK grease to the lanyard pin to keep it from rattling. That way, you get the look of the pin without the annoying rattle when there's no lanyard.
