SPF!!!First up, a used Larue LT172 Scoutlight mount. Fella who had it before just DRENCHED the bolts in threadlock and one of 'em gave me trouble. Had to dremel a new slot into the head and back it out. Left a groove in the back of the mount, doesn't affect function or show when light is mounted on rail.

Does that light only mount to glocks??? No other handguns with rails? If it fits other guns I call dibs till I can talk to you.

If I remember correctly the mount with it is for glocks. If you could find a mount for you gun from surefire or used it would work

That's right, the mount with this light is glock-specific, but the light is not. Get a mount/adapter for a different handgun and this light works with it. For what it's worth, the light slides right onto a Springfield Full Rail Operator without any adapter at all!
