Well, DerekH and I are pretty good friends. I can admit that, it's the first step. Anyway, about two weeks before the Beckerhead Gathering he asked for my Magua to be sent to him for a sheathing(word?). I know the attention that DerekH and thepointyend put in to ALL things they do. I was really eager to see what they could accomplish. Upon arrival at the Gathering he presented me with one of the best kydex sheaths I have ever seen. These guys have never really entertained the thought of going for a craftsman/service provider membership, but they really should. My Magua was excellent before, but now I carry it9since Wednesday) uninhibited. It gets a great tool at your fingertips, and that's a beautiful thing.
Anyway, here's the pix.

Aside from the aesthetics, which obviously are great, the retention is second to none. The teklok is not my favorite attachment method, but works very well for this sheath because of the size. The ranger band is something they threw on there to keep the sheath in place on a belt. It works pretty well, I've noticed zero slippage since first beginning use of the sheath last Wednesday.
