"Mai-asaurus" Chef.

My latest chef...
12" of CruForgeV and 410 stainless san mai blade, with G10 bolster, stainless spacer, and double dyed stabilized box elder burl handle. 10 oz. in weight and 2-5/16" tall at the heel. Hybrid flat/convex to 0 thou at edge before sharpening.

This knife is unbelievable. I love how dark that cruforgeV is and all that activity in the stainless. Just fantastic!

Hey everyone, thanks a lot for commenting. I think I'm dialing in my process more and more the way I want it, to get these type blades configured well and looking cool too. Some days it sure doesn't feel like it though!
