mail-in knife sharpening service

I am sure this comes up a lot...so I apologize in advance (I did a search but couldn't find any threads).

Anyway, I have a laguiole folding knife that I would like sharpened/repaired. I had it sharpened over the summer and guy messed it up. I am not sure how he did it, but he left a really rough edge. So, I would like to send it to someone to sharpen it, put a new edge on it, and polish the blade. The knife means a lot to me....so I want to make sure it is done right.

Any suggestions for a mail-in service.
