Here is my 14 with my 11. I gave it a bit of a nose job and the edge had been convexed. Since then the edge has been thinned out even more.

Get one soon! I have had mine for about a week now and am falling in love. Stripped it bare, and put the Kabar orange scales on it. Wonderful. Used it hard for the past week, and it is an awesome blade.
Excellent for fire prep (obviously not as a chopper), bushcraft type tasks, and food prep. I plan on getting a kydex or leather scout sheath made up for woods carry, and a second 14 to reside in my vehicle/EDC bag.
Don't wait too long! :P

I got my very first Becker in the mail today, it is also my very first Kabar knife, the edge that came with it was horrible, i'm in the middle of re-profiling it, trying not to take off too much metal.
I ordered a custom sheath for it as the factory sheath dulls the edge in one swipe
Does anyone have a problem with the thickness of the blade? It seems a tad bit excessive to me, i'm not sure if it will pose any problems in the future, I feel like it will make sharpening harder after a few years of use

The knife seems like one heck of a tank though, I'm sure it will be a good companion blade for years to come

Here's my 14 with custom Sh@rp scales:

Resist a 14? I bought another 14 today. I find it to be the perfect EDC.

Man, I want those scales so badly. I know it's pretty much impossible now, but they're perfect. Can't bring myself to buy any other scales since I've seen these.

It all started when I got the idea to get a blade setup to match my Kahr CW9 and the bought came to me, what if I put together a BK14 with black micarta scales to match my Kahr?

For Blackhawk

Kahr (CW45) and a 14.

Nuthin fancy. Brand new 14, well used Kahr.
