Make a 112 at the Custom Shop? - I wish

I would really love to be able to make a custom Buck 112 at the Buck Custom Shop instead of only the 110. I realize that the 110 is probably the best selling model but the 112 (these days) is the more legal model.

I would love to get a nickel bolstered, rivited, oak, BG-42 Buck 112.

Any chances of this? How do the rest of you feel about it?

Before they added the Alpha Hunter to the Custom Shop list, I wonder if the 112 was in contention?

I too would like a 112NS BG-42. Even with standard scales. I like the new version of the laminate, so I'd be ok with that. Maybe FG. Maybe pins.

If I could set up a poll to gauge that, maybe it would get the attention of Buck's Marketing department. But I don't think I have that capability.

Spyderco does sprint runs of popular knives for us knife nuts. What do you think Joe? Think you could sell 1200 unit run of BG-42, NS bolster, cocobolo 112's?
