it causes evolution in tool using apes :)

I'll buy one, ship it to your home, then send you an invoice for $900 and sue for damages if you fail to pay.... or you can avoid that ordeal and just order one already. I'm pretty sure that's a convincing argument.

Damn dude, you hung in there. Usually one glance at Dubz' pic and they hit the "buy with one click" button. :D

I thought we were going to have pull out the "Gwenny" shot on you.

I like that sepia pic of yours Trade...and Dresnors' pic is just beeUteefull!

I've seen Gwenny...but I am more then willing to see it again. and again. hell she can come over and model my 9 when it gets here tomorrow lol

Damn, that was close. :D

now it's the long wait until tomorrow...dang I wish there was a local store that had Beckers in stock.

BeckerMadness is just as bad as Mosinitis. I'm already looking at the BK5s thinking that one would be useful for kitchen/butchering chores my Case kitchen blades may not be up to.

anyone know offhand of any howto threads on here about removing the thumbramp? Just wondering which tool works best for it.

The two that I like and helped convince me to get my 9 are both on the Becker Modifications and Inspirations Thread - NO CHATTING! thread that is listed in the FAQ sticky.

Neither of these are mine but I love the modification variety of this knife.

Oh S***!!! Those are B@d@ss!!

I don't like clip points, but that is mighty nice work. What would you call the second....a wharncliffe? That sucker is begging to chop something. I'd do that mod just because it looks sweet, but sunday I learned from "The Walking Dead" that you need to retain a good stabbing point on your knife so you can conserve bullets. Apparently, zombies have soft skulls. Just sayin'....

I WANT SCALES LIKE THAT FIRST PIC!!!!! WANT WANT WANT!!!

Well, damn............. Now I want one again! Lol. Maybe in May for my bday present from the wife and boy. Still trying to hold on to my extra cash for the new 2012 stuff. That clipped out 9 is sweet!

All I'm sayin is
BK-9 = better steel, heat treat, better ergos, better warranty, & totally AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!
+ it'll chop down a tree if ask it to. BG might if it's a bonzai tree, maybe
+ you will either gain the respect of everyone here or forever be remembered as the BG guy. And no one wants that .
So, it's your call but it should be a no brainer.

You were gonna buy it all along you dirty dog!!
I don't think anybody's gonna complain about the Gwenny Shot though.
Dirty,dirty, dog!!

Ok - here ya go...

See it chop!

only a few short hours...
Im debating what I wanna do, thinking bout leaving the coatin on this one, see how long it takes to beat it off of it. Wanting the thumbramp gone, would like to possibly grind the pommel flush to the grips...ah heck who knows. Its gonna be fun times regardless.
