making a custom clip?

Ok, Im trying to make a clip for my byrd cara cara similer to STR's "low rider" pocket clip. Im using a piece of hacksaw blade for the clip. I have drilled the screw holes, but I need advice on how to bend/ shape it. I have alot of the hacksaw blade, so i can try again and again. For right now, Im going to use a propane torch to heat the "clip" up and then fold it around a metal rod. wish me luck. I have no idea on how to shape the clip and everything though.

i use cheap butter knives... the blades i cold form to shape in a vise to the desired clip shape, very stainless

lost 3 clipits (ouch... original terzuola/spy, calypso, delica, also temperance but found that one on the steps), you need serious clip if you're agile

also retrieved al mar sere 2000 twice... got a big folder, use a sheath

small folder, put in pocket

Just remember, if you use a hacksaw blade it WILL rust, it would be better to use some kind of stainless...
