Lots of knives to add to this three year old thread. Listing all the frame locks would be like listing all liner locks or lock-backs. When BFC first started there were only a handfull of companies and makers offering a frame lock (CRK, Mission Knives, Elishewitz, Carson), now they are widely used.

It has become more relevant with the releases of the BM Lum 760, the Ti Military (pending), and the Sage 2

Cool "old" thread but certainly worth of an update.

Ka-Bar Thorn has aluminum handles if I'm not mistaken. At least mine does.
