Making a smaller fixed blade

Looking to make a 3inch blade as my next project and i want it to have a compact handle yet be useful as a general knife. Im thinkind a round but handle that will fit my palm and maybe 3 fingwr grip. Any ideas or pics of your smaller knives would be helpful. Thanks
