Making a sticky???

I'm pretty sure the "stickies" are done by the forum mods. If you want to bring that to the attention of the auto forum mod, click the "Report Post" icon (the red edge triangle in the upper left corner of a post) for the first post of the thread you want stickied, and request it.

At least, I think that's the way it's done...
 
You ask the moderators to do it, and mostly we decline, because everybody and his friggin' hamster wants us to make every good post he sees into a sticky thread, and if we did it you would have to page through thousands of sticky threads in every forum before you could get to the new posts!!!!
