Making bandsaw blades with coil blade stock?

Some time ago, I picked up an old Craftsman bandsaw and it came with a number of different coils of blade stock. I'm at the point that the existing blade is too dull to use anymore and needs to be changed. How should I go about making a new one? I don't have a welder. I do have a trigger start torch head and mapp gas and access to a spot welder at work.

Would either of these be an option or do I need someone with a tig welder to do it?

Thanks for your help. Now that the weather is getting nicer I'm hoping to get back to some unfinished projects in the garage. Maybe even finish that hidden tang.....
