Making CF knives soon... advice?

I ordered some areospace grade bi directional CF in 6"x3/4"x1/4" a bit ago. Today, I ordered a 3M respirator that is rated for asbestos. I intend to make some "frequent flyer" type neck knives. The sheaths will be wet molded leather. Any advice would be appreciated.

Check your laws, just to make sure you dont end up in the clink.

My state says I must include a piece of metal so it can be scene in detectors. I'll add that, but the end user can remove it at their descretion.

do it outside, not in the house. Oh and make sure to wear your leather biker/Vet vest and yell Ooh Rah! alot

i picture the end user being the taliban or some other hater sure anybody
can sharpen any old plastic material that may suffice but do they really need
quality and percission?? could you imagine the storm that would come down
if one your blades were proven to bring down a plane or cause havok in
a courtroom or school because you designed it to be undetecable
going out on a limb here marketing such an item isnt a good idea,even if its
legal in ones state its not moral sorry hope this doesnt offend you

I'm not to worried about that. People who kill with knives usually use cheap kitchen knives, not customs.
