Making knives is kinda like Pit Barbecue .. you always are working for tommorrow

There is no wrong................there are just variations of right.............

after being out in Vegas. And talking to alot of great people. I may be the last one to know. But. I have created a world wide instantly recognized style as pure Horton Knives with my deadly sharp functional super deep chisel zero grinds and swedge variations. I know the chisel will never be for everyone. But, im extremely proud of every knife, design, and product I make .. my way. thanks. J

We've been trying to tell you this for awhile. Sometimes you need to hear things from others. You do great work.....

Thplth! Dont go getting the big head and forgettin us little people, now. I still have a couple I gotta talk you into making. :)

I was not going at the chiesel grind Jeremy, just badly want a "camp blood" like "the stranger" I got ( lefty chiesel, and they don't grow on trees, go figure :0))

I have not seen the other side of the hawk and I hope that it has that chisel. Still will love it either way I am sure.

After 10,000 years (non-controversial estimate) of humans making knives, It really is something to have created a recognizable style. Keep following the heart.

J. I was showing your stuff to some high brass Germans today....they could not believe a .5 inch blade that sharp....and the lines in some of your firsts knives...and the plan A chisel grind....

You keep doing what you doing, its not wrong dude, you are in the right side.
Keep it real like you have done it in this years.

I'm in training mode, so, 3 hours sleep and then back to work.
Stay safe you all.

Do i smell a German contract for 200 knives?

I agree with the whole working for tomorrow thing. But look at it this way, if it takes a little more time to do it correctly, then really all you did was invest in perfection. Totally dig the harpoon.

Getting these ready for heat treat. Camp 2 (lite) Harpoons in. .200 S7
