I think most people don't realize just how important dressing your stones is, whatever they are, to their performance.

That is absoloutely true. And redressing a stone with a few years of use only takes 20 minutes to have it cut better than new.

I put the last finishing touches on the gray benchstone today. If you look closely you can see the green speckles.
