making the knife tip 'pointy' again...

I purchased the knife below... (Olamic Wayfarer) and while I really like it, (it is a very solid knife, and the edge is sharp...) the tip of the blade seems to be rounded...

I use my knives in the 'cardboard jungle' at work, and I like a pointy tip for piercing packing tape, boxes, etc...

Is there someone here who could 're-point' the blade without too much trouble? I can pay, I just don't trust myself to sharpen a $300.00 knife...
