Making Up

So yesterday my wife discovered my BK15 while I was cutting up some pork. She wasn't too thrilled about my secret acquisition of this knife. To get out of the doghouse I wanted to make a nice dinner for her tonight. Thinking how Ethan described the 15 as the world's best steak knife, I decided to kill 2 birds with 1 stone. Test the world's greatest steak knife theory and prepare the wife's dinner at the same time.

Here are the supplies:

The 15 does indeed make a pretty darn good steak knife. I really enjoy using this thing as it is a heck of knife.

I tried buying my wife a knife, a couple of time. 1st time, "you got me a knife?....thanks". 2nd time was about 3 months ago, God I love that little knife!

Ha! Sounds like somebody likes 'em well done. I say that you don't know what you're missing, but to each their own. That pic is her steak by the way. Mine are more rare. I like when they're still a bit cool in the center.

Actually, I don't know. I'm sure its great at a bunch of stuff, but I'm liking it so much in the kitchen that I think it is going to stay there.
