The Khukuri Rum is some good drinkin' :D:thumbup:

Being a teetotaler that's one Nepali product I will not be trying.

But I sure would like to get an empty bottle and fill it with a Rum look-a-like for display purposes.

Sure looks like it was a happy wedding. Congrat's and warmest wishes to the happy newly wedded couple.

That's the nice thing about Khukuri Rum. Not only do you get an excellent spirit, but the unique bottle is worth buying on its own:) I still need to figure out what to do with it once i drain it completely.

Best wishes for a long, happy life together, Gin!

Yangdu. So cool that you could be a part of a great day! Thank you so much for sharing the pics!

What a great looking couple.

Congrats on the cat! :thumbup::)

Where are you people getting this rum? Clearly I need to partake thereof.

I think Yangdu gets hers directly from Nepal.

I've done some research on this subject and have some links and info regarding the purchase of this delicacy. It is hard to come by here in the states , but not impossible to get.

To keep the advertisement off of BF's site,
Anyone interested may email me for the information.

Thanks so much everyone!!! I was so thrilled to have Yangdu join us!! I wish we could have had more visiting time. She didn't post about the High Tea we enjoyed on Saturday while the guys loaded the moving van. That was a great time too. I figured the guys would enjoy loading without female advise:rolleyes: so we took my Mom out for her 75th b'day. It was a wild weekend and an even more wild month!!

I am now completely relocated to Texarkana, TX. Larry works on a road construction crew building bridges. We should be here about 2 years. We bought a 28 foot 5th wheel we are honeymooning in. It's really nice...........but 1800 square feet to 250 is quite entertaining. If I can just remember where all the head gotcha's are:D

Thanks to Yangdu for the pics!! Your's are much better than the rest!!! I'm going to try to get some made to send out. I loved the sword vs. cake pic the best. Larry loves his new knife, too. And the rum is wonderful. I"m almost done organizing the little house, then I intend on enjoying a very slow glass out on my patio. We are making this a home so might as well have all the trimmings;)

Thanks again everyone!!!! We are very happy and if you are ever in the area, drop by. We're really easy to find right off I30 and State Line.:thumbup:

Mamav- you sound very happy, and that makes us happy. :)
