Beauty of a knife! May I ask, what is Alabama Damascus?

It's beautiful, whatever it is, but I'm curious as to the alloy.

Thanks Danbo, Well Thats what there shop is called with no specific formula in there damascus. What they are using are all good grade cutlery steels and may contain any of the following, 5160,15N20, 0-1, L6, 1095 and some times to include pure nickel sheet, since they all have about the same heat treating temps and satisfactory preformance its good for me.
