Mammoth ivory scraps
I have lots of odds and ends of mammoth ivory. Some just to small for knife scales, cut offs some good for pendants or inlays or for knife makers, pommels guards spacers etc. Left is a typical pound -right slightly larger pieces with better colors (scrimshaw people may prefer the ordinary lot with more light colors- knife makers may want the blues and larger pieces for possible small scales ). Ordinary is $50 a pound. More select is $60 a pound.

I saw wood dealers offering scraps of wood by the box and a few random piles of scrap material of all kinds so thought I'd offer some of my mammoth ivory I usually try to offer to jewelers. Makes good end caps guards spacers. Maybe enough for a small set of scales for folder (I prefer the larger scales, do not want to mess with small scales much.) One good set of small scales from this random pound would pay for the whole batch. I’m just over time building up to much of this! (smile) Oh! (PS) You may not get thie exact pound shown in picture. It will be random this quality. Let me now if not satisfied- the intent is to have happy campers it's not worth problems, so I'm pretty good about returns or adjustments if I goofed in some way.
If interested best is to go to my web site and this item is at the bottom of the page in a pay pal shop cart. Or use my email direct at pay pal or notify me a check is being sent (address on my web site or here at blade forum someplace)

I have been getting a good response to this and parted with a total of 5 pounds in the past day. A question about Sweden - a small flat rate box 1.5 pounds worth cost $14 to send. If anyone else overseas needs a ballpark shipping, flat rate to other countries varies. If I run out I'll close the post. I have not weighed up all I have, but guessing 30 pounds.
