This is a re-post after almost falling off the page numbers with some new photos. Going in for cancer surgery tomorrow so this is a "24" hour sale. I will be out of the loop for a couple months so this is it.
The knife comes with the display shown in photos with the scrimshawed Mammoth on Mammoth Ivory.I am also going to have a nice sheath made for the knife once I am out of recovery so it will come with a sheath also. I ground this blade out of ATS34 steel with a chisel grind and a distal taper.The blade has a very smooth blasted finish except for the polished spine with brass mosaic inlaid pins and file work.Mammoth tooth handle with slotted guard soldered and pinned with two brass mosaic pins and black acrylic spacer.Pommel is Mammoth ivory and mosaic pin with black acrylic spacer.Display is quilted Maple with a red polished tint to try and blend with the Mammoth tooth handle.
