Hi Fellas:

Big brother to the Man Knife is the Man Chopper. I made this recurve bladed beast out of Aldo's 1095, convex ground with a differential heat treat - no temper, hair popping sharp. Included is a matching firesteel with the bushcraft style sheath to fit a 2" belt. I hope you like it - **WITHDRAWN** delivered. Paypal preferred to my account at tksteingass@frontier.com. The first "I'll take it" gets it. Maker's lifetime common sense warranty and free sharpening.

.200" Aldo's 1095 HC
Differential HT to Rc 62-64
10 1/4" OAL
5 3/4" Recurve blade
Convex grind
Superfine scotchbrite belt finish
Stabilized spalted maple scales
Black canvas micarta bolsters with micarta pins
Green liners
Mosaic pin with stainless thong tube
Spalted maple 3/8" firesteel
8-9 oz hand-stitched bushcraft sheath

Hard to improve on the Man Knife. This may but only for certain heavy use. I like the fire steel too. Good addition to the Man Knife as an "all rounder".

Damn Tim! That's a sweet looking knife. I'm agreeing wholeheartedly Jack and Joseph. Just a real nice package altogether.

To all:

Thanks for the kind words! This chopper is withdrawn and will be shown at the Chesapeake Knife Show, Timonium, MD, on December 12
