Man, is it sharp

I do not mind a lot of minor scratches. But i do not like when a deep one gets on there. I chose 400 grit to touch up because 600 grit and higher makes the finish too smooth. the 400 grit matches the original factory work the best of what i have tried.

Scratches are like scars, be proud of them. Besides, chicks dig scars. Or so I’ve heard.

Congrats on the new Spydie. I got a new Delica a few weeks ago and it cuts like a lazer. I love mine, I’m sure you’ll love yours.

This is my Grasshopper. Well, on keychain with keys and flashlights it don’t last longer, but when I look at it and say -you are ugly! It’s time to sand it. But as the author wrote before, it’s to use, it’ll not goes to an expo. :D

My GEC Bullbuster. More than a razor. I have friends that refuse to handle that knife blade because they get a real.bad case of "the willies". It stays sharp for-ev-errr.

Congrats on the new knife! I love the Delica. I admit I'm not a fan of SS or metal handled knives (my neatness/ocd type tendencies don't like the scratches on a handle) but I have several of the Delica 4 FFG in different colors. Nice choice of knife from a great company.

Would I sound like a snob if I said that I have never opened a new knife and found it to be sharp?

I would say you definition of sharp is different from 99% of the rest of the world, or you are buying entry level knives. However, in knife forum world, i would say this classifies you as a sharpness hawk.
