I have picked up some odd glue habits over 5k knives, I like to mix/repour then put a big blob on each scale to seperate the heat mass... wait a few minutes, spread around, wait some more then clamp up. This must be done early before any set up but not in any hurry. After that I wait until the end of the listed work time (is it 40 minutes on g-flex?) and clean up the knife. Any really in depth early clean up just gets cleaned up again.
