Yeah, that would be nice for me as well, but my hopes are just 11 months old, so that isn't in the cards for me unless I hit the century mark.

That just goes to show you that having a folding knife is better than having nothing. Of course he could of did it with other pieces of materials (rock, sticks,etc...)

What sets man apart from the other animals is his brain and the ability to use tool. Its much more about what you do with the tool than which tool you use. Its impossible to always have the right tool for any emergency. I wouldn't be caught dead without a good folder. He was lucky that he could get to the one he had.
