Man Survives 300 days with knife, pig

ATG or parallel or quarter squats? At my gym I have only seen 2people get to the depth of parallel or deeper, the other 99% put as much weight as they can and go down 3inches with the pussy pad on the bar.

Funny, I did ATG for a couple years, and now my knees click. Even when I press on the gas in my car, if I touch my kneecap, I can feel things clicking/moving there. I'm just saying, ATG may not be for EVERYBODY. Some people, because of their proportions, may just not be born to squat. Same with deadlift.

Before chairs were used, almost everyone would squat ATG or do the "Asian squat" to sit down. I have osgood schlatter's disease which basically hurts when I bend my knee but if I keep my rep range below 4 then I'm usually fine, sorry for going off topic.
