Managing time on forums?

I solved my problem of spending too much time on the 'puter by getting rid of the clock. ...Teddy , who generally doesn't even wear a watch...

I've found times that I feel I spend too much time on the computer. That being said
I still hunt and fish very actively--- heaven forbid I start making tackle cause its not
like losing a few hours. Its like losing 3 weeks!

I limit my time at the computer by using it during the mornings after breakfast and never beyond lunch time, at that time I hit 'shutdown'. I reserve the afternoons for getting work done and other things, nor do I go near it after supper.

With Spring just around the corner, I get busy to where I have gone off line for weeks to months to get caught up. I find total forum withdraw is a little extreme and the critters I work around have no sense of humor. So the new plan is to limit forum time, in these busy times and try to go on line during meals, breaks or when recovering from injuries while on light duty.

Having a slower than average ISP, that is compounded by weather or BFC loading problems, also takes away time when trying to surf/read a dynamic forum of this size.
