The wood on the this 1 is very nice....the rest of the knife is fantastic too.

Well ..... I would have except for the fact that I had been having dishwasher issues last week (which, in the end, resulted in just replacing the dishwasher and the refrigerator while I was at it). That and outdoor work which needed to be done in between rain storms .... time has been limited. Fortunately, I caught it before it vanished!! Wood really looks nice ... somewhat soothing. Had I been on the ball ..... I may have tried to snag that sheep's horn/San Mai as well!!!!! Not a real huge fan of sheep's horn .... but this one really looked interesting with the blade choice.
 
Another beauty. Funny how the wood grain almost matches the hide hair in your pictures...
Coincidence? I think not....:D
