Manix 2 blade 'color'

EDIT1: apparently the weird grey finish is called 'tumbled matte finish' in the product information warranty guide...i was afraid at having a bad blade/heat treat


Hey everybody !

bought a spyderco manix 2 on warrior&wonders and there something weird about it

my s30v blade seems more...grey? than any other satin blade i've ever seen

more like a matte finish

here's on the picture you can see 2 manix (found on google) and we clearly see the line in the metal

mine looks like he had a grey coating
the spine of the knife looks great tho (no 'coating ' on it)
pocket clip OK

ive sent a message to spyderco but i guess they're closed (weekend)

post picture of your manix 2 (if you can) and comment about your satin finish if this more grey or metalic
